Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, or related field; MBA preferred
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with focus on automation and AI implementation
- Proven expertise in clinical trial operations or healthcare technology domain
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong background in process automation tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or similar)
- Certification in AI/ML or data analytics (e.g., Google Cloud AI, Microsoft Azure AI)
- Experience with regulatory compliance frameworks (FDA, EMA) in clinical trials
