Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze and implement Privacy Local Addendums for Corporate & Institutional Banking divisions
- Collaborate with legal/compliance teams to interpret regulatory requirements and translate into actionable business specifications
- Document business processes, data flows, and privacy impact assessments for complex financial systems
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to define requirements for regulatory compliance tools and platforms
- Monitor regulatory changes and recommend updates to privacy frameworks and controls
- Develop test scenarios and validate privacy solutions against regulatory standards
- Present findings to senior leadership with clear recommendations for process improvements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or related field
- 5+ years of Business Analyst experience in banking/financial services sector
- Expertise in data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA, regional privacy laws)
- Strong experience with regulatory compliance frameworks and risk assessment methodologies
- Proficiency in requirements documentation tools (JIRA, Confluence, Visio)
- Certification in data privacy (CIPP, CIPT) or business analysis (CBAP) preferred
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to translate complex regulations into business requirements
