Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive business process analysis and requirements gathering for mining and energy operations
- Develop detailed business cases, functional specifications, and process flow documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and validate system improvements
- Perform data analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for operational efficiency
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to align business objectives with technical solutions
- Monitor KPIs and project deliverables to ensure business goals are met
- Document and communicate findings through clear executive reports and presentations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field; Master's preferred
- 5+ years of business analysis experience in mining, resources, or energy sectors
- Proficiency in process modeling tools (Visio, Lucidchart) and data analysis platforms
- Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent business analysis qualification
- Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project lifecycles
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
- Proven track record of translating complex requirements into actionable solutions
