- Manage end-to-end quote management processes, from initial request to final approval
- Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into detailed technical specifications
- Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to identify opportunities for process improvement
- Develop and implement solutions to optimize quote management workflows
- Create comprehensive documentation including business requirements, process flows, and system specifications
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for optimization
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and align stakeholders
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to quote management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in healthcare or pharmaceutical industry
- Proven experience with quote management systems and processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to handle ambiguous situations
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience with process modeling and requirements documentation tools
- Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements is a plus
