Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct in-depth analysis of current business processes to identify automation opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Design and document detailed Business Process Models (BPM) and Solution Architectures for RPA initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and IT, to translate business needs into technical specifications.
- Manage the end-to-end RPA project lifecycle, from discovery and discovery phase to testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
- Train and support end-users on new automation tools and workflows to ensure successful adoption.
- Monitor RPA bot performance and troubleshoot technical issues to ensure operational excellence.
- Stay updated on industry trends in robotics and process automation to recommend best practices.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst with a strong focus on process improvement.
- Proven experience working with Robotics Process Automation (RPA) tools (e.g., UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere).
- Strong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
- Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and process mapping tools.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
