We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Analyst – Supply Chain to join our dynamic team in Cebu City. In this critical position, you will serve as the bridge between our functional supply chain teams and our IT organization. You will be responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and evaluating business systems, processes, and user needs across our global supply chain. Your key focus will be on optimizing procurement, inventory management, logistics, and planning workflows to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include leading requirements gathering sessions, conducting gap analyses, creating detailed functional specifications, and supporting end-to-end system implementations. You will work extensively with SAP S/4HANA and other best-in-class supply chain technologies. Data-driven decision making is at the core of this role; you will leverage SQL and Power BI to extract insights, build dashboards, and support strategic business initiatives.

- Partner with supply chain stakeholders to analyze existing business processes, identify pain points, and define improvement opportunities.
- Elicit, document, and prioritize business requirements, translating them into detailed functional specifications and user stories for the development team.
- Conduct feasibility studies, cost-benefit analyses, and impact assessments for proposed system changes and new initiatives.
- Facilitate workshops, design sessions, and cross-functional meetings to align on solutions and ensure stakeholder buy-in.
- Support the full project lifecycle including system configuration, testing (UAT), training, and go-live activities.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including business process maps, data models, and standard operating procedures.
- Analyze supply chain data using tools like SQL and Power BI to generate actionable insights and performance reports.
- Stay current on industry best practices and emerging technologies to drive continuous innovation within the supply chain domain.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- 4+ years of proven experience as a Business Analyst or Supply Chain Analyst in a global or regional capacity.
- In-depth knowledge of supply chain processes covering Plan, Source, Make, Deliver, and Return (P2P, OTC).
- Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA (MM, SD, WM, or PP modules) is required. Experience with JDA/Blue Yonder or Kinaxis is highly valued.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or Advanced Excel.
- Excellent English communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with global teams.
- Proven experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment. Certification (CSPO, CSM, SAFe) or relevant experience is a strong advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
