Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in business development or sales within insurance/tech sector
- Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and market expansion
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret market data
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
