Tanggung Jawab
- Drive the business development strategy for UHP products and services in the East Region.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities with potential clients in the industrial and gas sectors.
- Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to showcase Rotarex's innovative valve solutions.
- Collaborate with the sales team and engineering department to provide tailored solutions for client projects.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust business strategies accordingly.
- Maintain and expand relationships with existing key accounts to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Prepare detailed proposals, quotations, and sales reports for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Petroleum Engineering.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in business development or sales within the engineering or valve industry.
- Strong understanding of Ultra High Pressure (UHP) systems and safety regulations.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel within the region and abroad as required.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive for continuous professional development.
