- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across Sarawak region
- Recruit, onboard, and mentor new advisors to expand company network
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders
- Drive sales growth through targeted market penetration strategies
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to inform business decisions
- Create and execute annual business development plans
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop compelling sales collateral
- Track KPIs and report on progress to senior leadership
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years in business development or sales leadership
- Proven track record in advisor recruitment and network expansion
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with complex deals
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools
- Knowledge of Sarawak's business landscape preferred
