Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed monthly and annual revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the financial and government sectors to expand our market presence.
- Manage and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with the technical and product teams to create customized IT proposals that align with client requirements.
- Lead negotiations and close deals, from initial contact through to contract signing and onboarding.
- Prepare accurate sales reports and forecasts to track performance and adjust strategies as needed.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in business development or IT sales, preferably within the financial or government sectors.
- Strong understanding of the Malaysian IT landscape and government procurement processes.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to negotiate contracts and close high-value deals.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
