As a Senior Executive, you will act as a strategic partner to our clients, identifying their technology needs and delivering tailored solutions that drive efficiency and growth. Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed monthly and annual revenue targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the financial and government sectors to expand our market presence.
  • Manage and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with the technical and product teams to create customized IT proposals that align with client requirements.
  • Lead negotiations and close deals, from initial contact through to contract signing and onboarding.
  • Prepare accurate sales reports and forecasts to track performance and adjust strategies as needed.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in business development or IT sales, preferably within the financial or government sectors.
  • Strong understanding of the Malaysian IT landscape and government procurement processes.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to negotiate contracts and close high-value deals.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
