Tanggung Jawab
- Drive sales growth and acquire new customers in the Klang Valley and KL.
- Manage and develop key accounts to ensure high retention and revenue.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the target market.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitor activities.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and contracts to potential clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Business Development or Sales in the logistics/transportation industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Valid driving license is essential.
- Ability to work independently and manage a diverse portfolio of clients.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
