- Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to identify new business opportunities in the Central Region
- Generate and qualify high-potential leads through digital channels, industry networks, and strategic partnerships
- Develop and execute strategic business plans to achieve revenue targets and market penetration goals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and prospective clients
- Lead end-to-end sales cycles from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B business development or sales leadership
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and managing complex sales cycles
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret market trends and competitive landscapes
