MXM International Sdn Bhd is currently seeking a motivated Senior Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team in Penang. In this role, you will be pivotal in driving sales growth, recruiting new advisors, and expanding our companyâs network across Malaysia.
Youâll collaborate with crossâfunctional teams to identify market opportunities, develop strategic partnerships, and deliver innovative solutions that meet client needs. Key aspects of the role include:
- Proactively prospecting and acquiring new clients to achieve quarterly sales targets.
- Building and maintaining longâterm relationships with existing and prospective advisors.
- Conducting market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends.
- Preparing and presenting tailored business proposals and contract negotiations.
- Monitoring sales performance metrics and reporting insights to senior management.
- Supporting the onboarding and training of newly recruited advisors.
- Contributing to the development of marketing and promotional strategies.

Kualifikasi
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of proven experience in sales or business development.
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastâpaced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Valid Malaysian driving license and own transport would be advantageous.
