Tanggung Jawab

  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities for medical device certification and testing services.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets within the assigned territory.
  • Conduct consultative sales meetings to understand client needs regarding ISO 13485, MDSAP, and other regulatory standards.
  • Manage and nurture existing client accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and identifying opportunities for service expansion.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and technical proposals for potential clients.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless delivery of certification and verification services.
  • Represent SGS at industry conferences, seminars, and networking events to build brand visibility.
  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and provide regular forecasting reports to management.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Science, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in business development or B2B sales, specifically within the medical device or quality certification industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of medical device regulatory requirements (ISO 13485, MDSAP, CE Marking).
  • Proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales KPIs and revenue targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret market trends and client needs.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a high-performing team.
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Melayu (proficiency in Mandarin is a strong advantage).
