Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic business plans to expand property development partnerships in Johor region
- Identify and cultivate relationships with property developers, investors, and corporate clients
- Lead negotiations for furnished property solutions, ensuring alignment with client requirements
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive furnished solutions
- Monitor sales performance metrics and adjust strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Represent the company at industry events and networking functions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 7 years of experience in property development or furnished solutions sales
- Proven track record of achieving/exceeding sales targets in property sector
- Strong negotiation skills with ability to close complex deals
- Extensive network of property developers and corporate clients in Johor
- Expertise in market analysis and strategic planning
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools
