Join Talent Trader Group as a Senior Business Process Analyst and drive transformative change through process optimization and data-driven insights. In this pivotal role, you'll partner with the Business Transformation Manager to identify inefficiencies, standardize workflows, and execute strategic initiatives that enhance operational excellence. You'll leverage your analytical expertise to map complex business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and implement solutions that align with organizational goals. Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze and document existing business processes to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop standardized process frameworks
- Support the Business Transformation Manager in executing strategic projects
- Conduct gap analysis between current and desired process states
- Develop process models, flowcharts, and documentation using industry standards
- Translate business requirements into actionable process improvement plans
- Monitor KPIs and measure the effectiveness of implemented changes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business process analysis or transformation roles
- Proficiency in process modeling tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart, BPMN)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data
- Experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
- Knowledge of process automation and digital transformation methodologies
- Certification in Six Sigma, Lean, or Business Analysis preferred
