Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze end-to-end business processes to identify automation opportunities and improvement areas
- Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions using industry-standard tools (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere)
- Collaborate with department heads to define automation requirements and ensure alignment with strategic goals
- Monitor and maintain automated systems, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance
- Document processes, workflows, and automation protocols for knowledge transfer
- Lead process re-engineering initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
- Stay current with emerging automation technologies and industry best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in business process automation, RPA implementation, or BPM
- Proficiency in automation platforms (UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to map complex workflows and identify pain points
- Experience with process modeling tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart)
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder collaboration and requirements gathering
- Certification in RPA or BPM methodologies (e.g., RPA Developer, Lean Six Sigma)
