TTEC is seeking a seasoned Senior Business Product Owner to lead the strategic vision for our Payroll and Timekeeping solutions. You will own the product roadmap, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure our timekeeping and payroll systems deliver exceptional value to clients. Tanggung Jawab
- Own the product vision and roadmap for Payroll and Timekeeping solutions within the UKG ecosystem.
- Translate complex business requirements into clear product specifications and user stories.
- Lead cross-functional Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product innovation.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, QA, and client stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of high-quality features.
- Define success metrics and KPIs to measure the performance and impact of payroll and timekeeping modules.
- Manage the product backlog, prioritizing features based on business value and customer feedback.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Payroll and/or Timekeeping technology from a business or functional perspective.
- Strong proficiency with the UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) suite of products.
- Proven track record as a Business Product Owner or similar leadership role in IT.
- Deep understanding of payroll regulations, tax laws, and timekeeping standards.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
