Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for M365 solutions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
- Design and implement M365 solutions, including SharePoint, Teams, and Power Platform applications
- Provide ongoing support and optimization of existing M365 systems
- Conduct testing and training to ensure successful adoption of new systems
- Maintain documentation and stay updated on M365 best practices and new features
- Act as a liaison between business units and IT to align technology solutions with business goals
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, with at least 3 years focused on M365
- Proven expertise in Microsoft 365 services: SharePoint, Teams, Power Platform, and Azure AD
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to translate complex business needs into technical solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, and system design
- Knowledge of ITIL or other IT service management frameworks is a plus
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert) highly desirable
