Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans for raw materials and components
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes including supplier selection, negotiation, and contract management
- Analyze market trends and recommend cost optimization strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement with production schedules
- Monitor supplier performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
- Lead vendor relationship management to maintain quality and reliability
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of procurement experience in manufacturing sector
- Proven track record in strategic sourcing and vendor negotiation
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret market data
- Proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- CIPS certification or equivalent procurement qualification preferred
