Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to meet organizational procurement needs.
- Manage end-to-end purchasing processes, including RFP/RFQ generation, bid evaluation, and contract negotiation.
- Monitor supplier performance against established SLAs, KPIs, and compliance standards.
- Analyze market trends and cost drivers to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Finance, and Logistics departments to ensure supply chain continuity.
- Maintain accurate procurement records in the ERP system while ensuring adherence to internal procurement policies.
- Resolve supply chain disruptions and mitigate risks to ensure uninterrupted production cycles.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of professional experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or supply chain management.
- Proven track record of successfully negotiating complex contracts and managing high-value supplier relationships.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Office suite.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Deep understanding of global trade compliance, import/export regulations, and local supply chain logistics.
- Professional certification (e.g., CPM, CSCP, or equivalent) is highly desirable.
