Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process, from sourcing and vendor selection to purchase order execution.
- Coordinate all aspects of shipping and logistics, including liaising with freight forwarders, customs agents, and carriers.
- Monitor and analyze market trends to ensure competitive pricing and cost-effective procurement strategies.
- Maintain and update inventory records, ensuring accuracy in stock levels and lead times.
- Handle all shipping documentation, including Bills of Lading, Invoices, and Packing Lists, ensuring full compliance with customs regulations.
- Resolve logistics issues, shipping delays, or supply chain bottlenecks effectively.
- Prepare regular procurement and logistics reports for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in procurement and shipping coordination.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Advanced Excel skills preferred).
- Strong knowledge of import/export procedures, customs documentation, and Incoterms.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia/Mandarin.
- Ability to work independently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong problem-solving capabilities.
