Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive procurement strategies for vessel spares, consumables, and technical services.
- Manage end-to-end purchasing cycles, from requisition analysis and vendor selection to final delivery and invoice reconciliation.
- Negotiate master service agreements and long-term contracts with global maritime suppliers to achieve cost savings and favorable terms.
- Monitor and evaluate vendor performance based on quality, reliability, lead time, and compliance with maritime regulations.
- Collaborate closely with fleet managers, technical superintendents, and logistics teams to ensure operational continuity.
- Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, particularly those related to international shipping, customs, and global logistics disruptions.
- Ensure full compliance with procurement policies, internal audit requirements, and industry-specific safety standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Maritime Transportation, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of professional procurement experience, with at least 3 years specifically within the maritime or shipping sector.
- In-depth knowledge of ship spares, marine equipment, and bunkering processes.
- Proven track record in successful contract negotiation and multi-national vendor management.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or maritime-specific software like AMOS or Danaos).
- Excellent command of English (written and verbal) with the ability to communicate across different cultural backgrounds.
- High level of professional integrity, self-motivation, and the ability to work under pressure in a high-stakes maritime environment.
