- End-to-end procurement management for raw materials, components, and MRO supplies
- Strategic supplier development and relationship management across global markets
- Cost reduction initiatives through market analysis and negotiation tactics
- Collaboration with engineering and production teams to align procurement with manufacturing needs
- Implementation of risk mitigation strategies in the supply chain
- Management of purchase orders, contracts, and supplier performance metrics
- Process optimization using ERP systems and procurement best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or Business Administration
- 5+ years of procurement experience in manufacturing or biotech/lifescience sectors
- CIPS certification or equivalent procurement qualifications preferred
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and e-procurement platforms
- Strong analytical skills with experience in cost modeling and market analysis
- Proven negotiation skills with complex international suppliers
- Fluency in English with additional language skills advantageous
