Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and manage strategic procurement plans to ensure the timely and cost-effective acquisition of materials and services.
- Conduct thorough market analysis, supplier evaluations, and negotiation of contracts to achieve optimal terms and conditions.
- Lead demand forecasting and material planning activities to maintain optimal inventory levels and support production schedules.
- Identify and mitigate potential supply chain risks, ensuring continuity of supply and operational resilience.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the procurement and planning functions, focusing on efficiency, cost reduction, and process optimization.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, production, and quality teams to align material requirements with project timelines and specifications.
- Manage supplier performance, conduct regular business reviews, and foster long-term strategic partnerships.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, purchasing procedures, and relevant regulatory requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in procurement, buying, or supply chain planning within the manufacturing or engineering industry.
- Proven track record of successful supplier negotiation, contract management, and strategic sourcing.
- Strong understanding of MRP/ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and their application in material planning.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a data-driven approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with a keen eye for detail.
