Join our dynamic team as a Senior Buyer specializing in the semiconductor manufacturing industry. This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $3,500 to $3,800 per month, with additional AWS and bonus opportunities. Located conveniently just 3 stops from Tai Seng MRT in the North-East Region of Singapore, this role provides an excellent work-life balance with a 5-day work week (Monday to Friday) from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM.
As a key member of our procurement team, you will play a critical role in sourcing and acquiring materials essential for semiconductor manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in procurement, supply chain management, or a related field, with specific experience in the semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing sector. Tanggung Jawab
- Source, evaluate, and select suppliers for semiconductor manufacturing materials and components
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery terms with suppliers to optimize costs and ensure timely delivery
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with production teams to ensure material availability
- Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with company objectives and market trends
- Manage supplier relationships, conduct performance reviews, and identify improvement opportunities
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and industry regulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve procurement-related issues and drive process improvements
- Stay updated on market trends, new technologies, and best practices in semiconductor procurement
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of procurement experience in semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing
- Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of successful supplier negotiations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems
- Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes and industry standards
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team
