- Lead end-to-end business analysis for Hogan CAMSII platform implementations and enhancements
- Document detailed business requirements, process flows, and system specifications
- Collaborate with compliance, IT, and business teams to align solutions with regulatory requirements
- Perform gap analysis and recommend process improvements for AML/CFT workflows
- Develop test scenarios and validate system configurations against business needs
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and present technical solutions to non-technical audiences
- Provide ongoing support and training for CAMSII platform users
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Finance, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with 3+ years in financial services
- Expert-level knowledge of Hogan CAMSII platform configuration and implementation
- Strong understanding of AML/CFT regulations and compliance frameworks
- Proven experience documenting complex business requirements and technical specifications
- Excellent analytical skills with ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Professional certifications (CBAP, PMI-PMP) or CAMS certification preferred
