Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor waitstaff team to deliver premium dining experiences
- Train new hires on service protocols, menu knowledge, and wine pairing
- Coordinate daily restaurant operations including table assignments and staffing
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism and discretion
- Collaborate with kitchen/bar teams for seamless service flow
- Monitor inventory of dining supplies and manage vendor relationships
- Ensure strict adherence to hygiene and safety standards
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years as Captain Waiter in fine dining establishments
- Expert knowledge of international cuisine, beverages, and wine
- Proven leadership experience in team training and development
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Ability to thrive in high-pressure, fast-paced environments
- Certification in hospitality management preferred
