Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the nursing team with daily patient care activities, including bathing, grooming, and feeding.
- Monitor and record patient vital signs, such as temperature, blood pressure, and pulse, reporting any abnormalities promptly.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patients, adhering to strict infection control protocols.
- Support patients with mobility, transfers, and positioning to prevent falls and ensure comfort.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients to enhance their hospital experience.
- Assist in the preparation of patient meals and ensure dietary requirements are met.
- Document care activities and patient interactions accurately in medical records.
Kualifikasi
- Relevant NITEC or Diploma in Nursing, Allied Health, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting is highly preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and medical staff.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Basic knowledge of patient care procedures and hygiene standards.
- Compassionate, patient-centered attitude with a strong commitment to quality care.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is an advantage.
