Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive category strategies for electrical components and equipment

- Manage key supplier relationships and performance metrics across global supply chains
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, and finance teams to align category plans with business objectives
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and cost reduction programs in electrical procurement

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
- Minimum 8 years of experience in category management or procurement with electrical specialization
- Proven expertise in strategic sourcing, vendor management, and contract negotiations
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and procurement technologies
- Deep knowledge of electrical components market, industry standards, and emerging technologies
- Excellent leadership abilities with cross-functional collaboration experience
- CIPS or equivalent procurement certification preferred
