Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 8 years of experience in category management, procurement, or supply chain
- Proven track record in sourcing mechanical components and build-to-print solutions
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills with a focus on cost optimization
- Experience managing supplier relationships and implementing supplier development programs
