You will be responsible for sourcing, vetting, and deploying competent catering professionals who ensure the health, safety, and satisfaction of our seafarers. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive catering crew planning strategies to meet global vessel operational requirements.
- Build and manage a high-quality pool of competent catering crew members, ensuring all certifications and training are up to date.
- Monitor and analyze catering performance metrics onboard vessels to identify areas for improvement and cost optimization.
- Collaborate with procurement and operations teams to align catering supply chains with crew staffing levels.
- Lead performance management initiatives for catering staff, including training programs and feedback loops.
- Ensure full compliance with maritime labor regulations and company health, safety, and quality standards.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and deployment logistics for catering personnel within the assigned region.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Maritime Studies, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in catering management, preferably within the maritime or large-scale hospitality industry.
- Demonstrated expertise in crew planning, logistics, and resource management.
- Strong understanding of MLC (Maritime Labour Convention) standards and international health and safety regulations.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and experience with Crew Management Software (CMS).
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, 24/7 global operational environment.
