In this pivotal role, you will be the architect of our catering crew talent pool, directly influencing the culinary standards and operational efficiency across our global fleet of vessels.

As our Planning Manager for Catering, you will not just manage logistics; you will define excellence. You will be responsible for sourcing, vetting, and deploying competent catering professionals who ensure the health, safety, and satisfaction of our seafarers. This position demands a blend of hospitality expertise, maritime compliance knowledge, and data-driven planning capabilities. Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute comprehensive catering crew planning strategies to meet global vessel operational requirements.
  • Build and manage a high-quality pool of competent catering crew members, ensuring all certifications and training are up to date.
  • Monitor and analyze catering performance metrics onboard vessels to identify areas for improvement and cost optimization.
  • Collaborate with procurement and operations teams to align catering supply chains with crew staffing levels.
  • Lead performance management initiatives for catering staff, including training programs and feedback loops.
  • Ensure full compliance with maritime labor regulations and company health, safety, and quality standards.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and deployment logistics for catering personnel within the assigned region.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Maritime Studies, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in catering management, preferably within the maritime or large-scale hospitality industry.
  • Demonstrated expertise in crew planning, logistics, and resource management.
  • Strong understanding of MLC (Maritime Labour Convention) standards and international health and safety regulations.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and experience with Crew Management Software (CMS).
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, 24/7 global operational environment.
