Tanggung Jawab
- Lead 3D CGI production from initial concept through to final delivery, ensuring high-quality visual output
- Create photorealistic 3D models, textures, and materials for product visualizations and marketing campaigns
- Develop and implement advanced lighting setups and rendering techniques to achieve desired visual effects
- Collaborate with designers, marketers, and product teams to understand project requirements and creative direction
- Optimize rendering workflows and pipelines to improve efficiency and reduce production time
- Mentor junior artists and provide technical guidance on CGI best practices
- Review and refine CGI outputs to ensure alignment with brand standards and quality benchmarks
- Stay updated with the latest CGI technologies, software updates, and industry trends
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience as a CGI Artist or 3D Visualizer
- Advanced proficiency in industry-standard software such as Blender, Maya, 3ds Max, or Cinema 4D
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in product visualization, environmental CGI, or character animation
- In-depth knowledge of rendering engines (V-Ray, Arnold, Redshift) and compositing techniques
- Exceptional attention to detail with strong color theory and lighting composition skills
- Excellent time management and ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team
- Relevant degree or diploma in 3D Animation, CGI, Visual Effects, or equivalent practical experience
