Tanggung Jawab

  • Drive the end-to-end execution of the SMB channel partner program, ensuring alignment with regional sales objectives.
  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with key channel partners to enhance brand loyalty and market reach.
  • Monitor partner performance metrics and implement corrective actions or improvement programs to optimize sales throughput.
  • Collaborate with internal marketing and product teams to roll out incentive programs, enablement training, and product launches.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with partners to track progress against KPIs and identify growth opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with channel partner program policies and operational standards.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine channel excellence strategies in the Malaysian market.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in channel management, sales operations, or partner development, preferably within the technology or SMB sector.
  • Strong understanding of channel sales dynamics, partner ecosystems, and distribution models.
  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive cross-functional collaboration.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Malay.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and data analysis software.
  • Highly organized with a focus on project management and operational excellence.
