Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage all daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating, ensuring consistency and high quality.
- Develop innovative menus and specials that utilize seasonal ingredients while maintaining profitability.
- Train, supervise, and mentor kitchen staff to foster a positive, high-energy team culture.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies efficiently to minimize waste and reduce costs.
- Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations (HACCP standards).
- Oversee quality control checks to guarantee the highest standards of taste and presentation.
- Collaborate with management to coordinate service schedules and special events.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a senior culinary role within a restaurant or hospitality setting.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse kitchen team.
- Culinary degree or diploma from a recognized culinary institution is highly preferred.
- Comprehensive knowledge of food safety standards and kitchen hygiene practices.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle peak service periods.
