Tanggung Jawab

  • Supervise and execute food preparation and cooking for your assigned section to ensure high quality and presentation standards.
  • Manage kitchen inventory, including ordering ingredients and minimizing waste to control costs.
  • Ensure strict adherence to HACCP guidelines, health and safety regulations, and hygiene standards at all times.
  • Collaborate with the Head Chef to develop and improve seasonal menus and special dishes.
  • Mentor and train junior kitchen staff, providing guidance on culinary techniques and service standards.
  • Monitor food quality and taste during service to resolve any issues immediately.
  • Assist in the setup and breakdown of the kitchen line during service.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant work experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a fine dining or country club setting.
  • Culinary qualification from a reputable culinary institute or equivalent practical experience.
  • Strong knowledge of local and international cuisine, with the ability to adapt to different culinary styles.
  • Excellent command of the English language and the ability to communicate effectively in a kitchen environment.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure kitchen environment.
  • Relevant food handling certificates (e.g., WSQ Food Safety Level 1/2) are highly preferred.
  • Must be a Singaporean Citizen or Permanent Resident (PR).
