Tanggung Jawab
- Execute daily food preparation and service tasks with precision and consistency.
- Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen cleanliness in compliance with SFA regulations.
- Supervise junior staff and assist in training new kitchen team members.
- Manage inventory, minimize food waste, and assist with regular stock takes.
- Contribute to menu development and suggest creative ideas to enhance our offerings.
- Ensure station mise-en-place is completed efficiently before service begins.
- Collaborate closely with the Head Chef to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in a professional kitchen environment.
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, food preparation, and plating.
- Proven ability to work effectively under pressure during peak service hours.
- Possess a valid Food Hygiene Certificate.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to thrive in a team setting.
