In this role, you will play a pivotal part in the daily operation of our kitchen, ensuring every plate served meets our rigorous standards. You will work alongside a talented team, contributing to menu innovation and maintaining the highest hygiene and safety protocols. Tanggung Jawab

  • Lead and supervise designated station operations during peak service hours to ensure efficiency.
  • Prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes according to LC Smokehouse recipes and plating standards.
  • Maintain impeccable cleanliness and food safety protocols (HACCP) throughout the kitchen station.
  • Manage inventory levels, including stock rotation, ordering, and minimizing kitchen wastage.
  • Train and mentor junior kitchen staff to ensure consistency across all shifts.
  • Collaborate with the Head Chef on menu development and seasonal specials.
  • Monitor food quality and guest feedback, implementing improvements where necessary.
  • Ensure that all equipment is cleaned, maintained, and reported if faulty.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 3-5 years of professional kitchen experience, preferably in a high-volume, premium dining environment.
  • Strong knowledge of smokehouse or grill techniques is highly desirable.
  • Proven ability to remain calm and focused under extreme pressure.
  • Excellent understanding of food safety, hygiene regulations, and kitchen management.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for presentation and flavor profiles.
  • Reliable, disciplined, and committed to professional development in the culinary arts.
  • Relevant vocational qualification or degree in Culinary Arts is a strong advantage.
