- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the competitive inorganic chemicals market.
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high retention and loyalty.
- Provide detailed product quotations and technical product knowledge to prospective customers.
- Conduct in-depth market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Collaborate effectively with the logistics and procurement teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare regular performance reports and sales forecasts to support strategic decision-making.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field of study.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in sales, preferably within the chemical or manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of inorganic chemicals and their specific industrial applications.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
- Self-motivated individual with a proactive approach to problem-solving and achieving goals.
- Proficient in using MS Office applications and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
