Tanggung Jawab
- Lead design, installation, and commissioning of electrical systems for L6 sub-contractor projects
- Ensure compliance with Singapore's Electrical Act (EA) and Technical Requirements for Electrical Installations (TR21)
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for electrical engineering deliverables
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including architects, mechanical engineers, and contractors
- Conduct site inspections, troubleshooting, and quality assurance of electrical installations
- Prepare technical documentation including schematics, specifications, and as-built drawings
- Mentor junior engineers and implement best practices in electrical engineering workflows
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 8 years of electrical engineering experience with 3+ years in senior roles
- Professional Engineer (PE) registration or equivalent certification preferred
- Proven experience in Singapore's construction industry with L6 sub-contractor projects
- Expertise in low/medium voltage systems, power distribution, and lighting design
- Strong knowledge of BIM/CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, ETAP)
- Experience with project management methodologies and contract administration
