Tanggung Jawab
- Lead design and execution of coastal/civil engineering projects including seawalls, harbors, and coastal protection systems
- Conduct site investigations, feasibility studies, and risk assessments for marine infrastructure
- Prepare detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation
- Coordinate with regulatory bodies (e.g., PUB, NEA) for permits and compliance
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance on best practices
- Develop innovative solutions for geotechnical and hydraulic challenges
- Monitor project budgets, timelines, and quality assurance processes
- Stay current with emerging technologies in coastal engineering and climate resilience
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Marine Engineering with coastal specialization
- Minimum 5 years of experience in coastal/civil engineering projects
- Professional Engineer (PE) registration or equivalent international certification
- Proficiency in engineering software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MIKE C/M) and BIM tools
- Strong knowledge of geotechnical analysis and hydraulic modeling principles
- Experience with environmental impact assessments for marine projects
- Proven project management skills with successful delivery of large-scale projects
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder management and client presentations
