We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Civil Engineer to join our dynamic EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) business unit. Based at our office in Cilandak, Jakarta Selatan, you will play a critical role in executing complex infrastructure and energy projects that drive Indonesia's growth.
In this position, you will take full responsibility for civil engineering deliverables, from initial design through construction support. You will manage a team of engineers, ensure compliance with local regulations, and maintain the highest standards of quality and safety. Your work will directly contribute to the success of projects in power generation, transmission, distribution, and renewable energy.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the design and execution of civil engineering works for EPC projects, including foundations, structures, and site development.
- Prepare and review technical specifications, drawings, and calculations.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Coordinate with structural, mechanical, electrical, and other disciplines to ensure integrated project outcomes.
- Conduct site inspections and supervise construction activities to maintain quality and safety standards.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian building codes, environmental regulations, and HSE requirements.
- Provide technical support to project teams and resolve engineering issues.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and regulatory authorities as needed.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in civil engineering, preferably in EPC or large-scale construction projects.
- Professional Engineer (PE) or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in civil engineering software such as AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, and MS Project.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian building regulations and construction standards.
- Excellent project management, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple priorities.
- Willingness to be based at our Cilandak office and travel to project sites as needed.
