Tanggung Jawab
- Lead civil engineering design projects from conception to completion
- Manage multidisciplinary teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality engineering solutions
- Conduct site assessments and ensure compliance with technical specifications
- Prepare and review engineering drawings, reports, and cost estimates
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and regulatory authorities
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and environmental standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant engineering experience
- Professional Engineer (PE) certification preferred
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and BIM software
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian building codes and regulations
- Proven project management and team leadership skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
