Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end planning, design, and execution of civil engineering projects including roads, bridges, and urban infrastructure
- Conduct site assessments, feasibility studies, and risk analysis for complex construction developments
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (architects, contractors, regulatory bodies) to ensure project alignment
- Oversee quality control, safety protocols, and budget management throughout project lifecycle
- Develop detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and cost estimates using industry-standard software
- Drive innovation in sustainable construction methods and materials for eco-friendly infrastructure
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical training to elevate team capabilities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum 8 years of progressive civil engineering experience with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Professional Engineer (PE) certification or equivalent recognized qualification
- Expertise in AutoCAD, Revit, and structural analysis software (STAAD.Pro, ETABS)
- Proven track record managing large-scale infrastructure projects in Southeast Asia
- Deep understanding of Malaysian construction codes, BCA standards, and environmental regulations
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to optimize engineering solutions
- Strong business acumen for cost management and stakeholder negotiations
