Are you a seasoned Civil & Structural Engineer with a deep-rooted passion for the mining industry? Resindo Group is seeking a highly skilled Senior Civil & Structural Design Engineer to join our professional team based at our corporate office in Grand Galaxy City, South Bekasi. Unlike project-specific assignments, this is a permanent, long-term company role, offering stability and the opportunity to influence our design standards across multiple high-stakes mining projects.
As a key member of our engineering division, you will lead the design, analysis, and execution of complex structural systems essential for mining infrastructure. You will work in a collaborative environment where technical excellence and innovative problem-solving are paramount. We are looking for a candidate who thrives on technical challenges and is capable of mentoring junior engineers while maintaining rigorous compliance with international safety and design standards.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the structural design process for mining infrastructure, including mineral processing plants, conveyors, and heavy industrial facilities.
- Perform detailed structural analysis and modeling using industry-standard software (e.g., SAP2000, ETABS, or STAAD.Pro).
- Ensure all designs comply with relevant Indonesian and international structural codes and mining safety regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate structural requirements into comprehensive project designs.
- Review and approve detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and bill of quantities (BOQ).
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior civil and structural engineers.
- Conduct site visits and field inspections as necessary to resolve complex design-related issues.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Civil or Structural Engineering; a Master’s degree is highly preferred.
- Minimum 8-10 years of professional experience in structural design, specifically within the mining or heavy industrial sector.
- Strong proficiency in structural analysis software and CAD tools (AutoCAD, Tekla, or Civil 3D).
- Deep understanding of concrete and steel structure design standards in industrial environments.
- Possession of a SKA/SKK (Sertifikat Keahlian) or equivalent professional certification is mandatory.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, permanent corporate role.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to stakeholders at all levels.
