Tanggung Jawab
- Lead structural design and analysis for industrial buildings using industry-standard software (ETABS, SAP2000, AutoCAD)
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and regulatory bodies to ensure seamless project execution
- Perform detailed structural calculations and prepare engineering drawings and specifications
- Conduct site inspections and provide technical guidance during construction phases
- Ensure compliance with Singapore building codes (BCA) and international standards
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct design reviews for quality assurance
- Develop cost-effective structural solutions while maintaining safety and functionality
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 8 years of experience in structural design for industrial buildings
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent international certification
- Proficiency in structural analysis software and BIM tools
- Strong knowledge of Singaporean building regulations and construction practices
- Experience managing projects in the Tuas/West Region industrial zone
- Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills
