Tanggung Jawab
- Lead design and analysis of complex civil and structural engineering projects
- Develop detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and construction documentation
- Conduct structural calculations and feasibility studies for diverse building types
- Ensure compliance with Singapore building codes (BCA) and industry standards
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and regulatory authorities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in structural design
- Professional Engineer (PE) certification preferred
- Proficiency in engineering software (AutoCAD, Revit, ETABS, SAP2000)
- Strong knowledge of Singapore building regulations
- Proven track record on commercial/residential projects
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
