Tanggung Jawab
- Lead civil maintenance teams in executing preventive maintenance and repair projects
- Conduct structural inspections and assessments of civil infrastructure
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules for building systems

- Manage technical documentation and maintenance reports

Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in civil maintenance/repair
- Expertise in structural assessment techniques and repair methodologies
- Strong knowledge of local building codes and regulations
- Certification in civil safety management (preferred)
- Proficiency with technical drawing interpretation
- Experience leading maintenance teams and project coordination
