Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the investigation, evaluation, and settlement of complex non-motor claims, including property, liability, and specialty lines.
- Analyze claim files and supporting documentation to determine liability, coverage, and appropriate settlement values.
- Liaise with third-party adjusters, legal counsel, and vendors to facilitate timely claim resolution.
- Review and interpret insurance policies and endorsements to ensure accurate application.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare detailed performance reports.
- Conduct regular audits of claims files to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior claims staff.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Insurance, Risk Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in non-motor claims handling within the insurance sector.
- Strong working knowledge of insurance principles, underwriting guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in claims management software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to negotiate effectively.
- High level of integrity and attention to detail.
