Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate end-to-end ocean freight operations, ensuring timely processing of shipment documentation and manifests.
- Liaise effectively with shipping lines, hauliers, and warehouse teams to track vessel arrivals and departures.
- Verify and process bills of lading, customs documentation, and commercial invoices to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Manage operational reports, tracking logs, and status updates for internal stakeholders and clients.
- Proactively resolve shipment discrepancies, including delays or documentation errors, to minimize operational impact.
- Support the team in daily data entry and administrative tasks using proprietary logistics management software.
- Maintain high standards of accuracy in data management to ensure efficient tracking and billing processes.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in ocean freight, shipping, or logistics operations.
- Strong understanding of shipping documentation (BL, Invoices, Packing Lists, Customs Declarations).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel for data tracking and reporting.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is a distinct advantage.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight vessel cut-off timelines.
- Strong analytical mindset with a keen attention to detail.
